Teleserve service to the max

I happened to avail of Teleserve's services for online Passport application and boy it was a great experience. I look forward to transacting with them in the near future.

I 'booked' with them online through www.passport.com.ph. First part of the process was the pick-up of the documents by their courier at my designated location. Next stop was the personal appearance at DFA, which was actually a breeze, I was there for like a total of 10-15 mins tops! Yes, in fact, the Teleserve people who assisted me there have been very responsive and orderrly. So no more lines, mess-ups and confusion to a first timer like me. After that, I will only wait 2 weeks for the delivery of my passport! More so, their 24-hour customer service hotline (02) 737-1000 provides fast and accurate response to my concerns.

It was a service to the T! How I wish other government agencies would follow suit.
